On Saturday, October 17th, MOSMA (Museum of Stop Motion Animation) and The Crow Collective present a pop-up exhibit that celebrates artists in Portland’s stop-motion animation community. Composed of professional animators, model makers, scenic artists and more, the exhibit is a look behind the scenes into the minds of the artists. Each piece will include the story of how it was created to reveal process and ingenuity.
MOSMA is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 2022, that has been collaborating with local businesses and theaters, hosting events and programs, centered around strengthening the bonds between art, community and industry in efforts to establish a permanent stop-motion museum.

The Crow Collective is a community of multidisciplinary artists based in Portland, Oregon. Formed from our connections through the local entertainment industries, together we seek to create a network outside our professional spheres where artists can connect, share skills, explore and experiment, and showcase their personal artwork in an inclusive and supportive environment.
